I read numerous cover letters daily. Today, two of them draw my attention. One is 3,000 words long, the other is 100. Obviously the latter one is more compelling. Whether his resume is impressive or not, I am interested to read his resume immediately.A resume cover letter is not an autobiography. There is absolutely no need to write 3,000 words.
